Arch Support Launch, Huge Success!
Xbody's arch support (insole) recently received a great response through 'Wadiz (crowdfunding platform).' It dispelled concerns about the barrier to entry where users had to visit the headquarters to measure their arch size, and achieved success by reaching its funding goal of 10,031 TP3T.
Techniques to soothe a weary heart after a long journey
The Xbody headquarters was bustling with the valuable footsteps of buyers. Most of the customers possessed near-expert knowledge regarding 'arches' or 'foot pain' and had experienced almost everything from insoles, footwear, and treatments to prescriptions.
From the Seoul metropolitan area to Gangwon, Jeolla, Changwon, Masan, Busan, and even Jeju Island. Observing the considerable travel distances of these visitors, I try to understand, even if just a little, their desperate hearts.
How was the satisfaction level?

In the past, you were likely dissatisfied with top-tier products, and having traveled such a long way, your expectations must have been high. However, Xbody had confidence in its product and technology, and customer satisfaction was also high. This is likely because it was the most suitable product for your foot conditions, such as arch size and height.
Wearing X-Body foot orthotics begins with measuring the 'arch size.' Just as eyeglasses have prescriptions based on eyesight and wedding rings have sizes that fit finger circumference, arch insoles must also be tailored to the user's arch size.
It was a planned success.

The potential for success of Xbody's arch supports, insoles, and functional foot orthotics was already confirmed at KIMES (Korea International Medical Equipment Show) held in March 2022. At the exhibition, where medical professionals were the primary visitors, an average of 100 customers per day had their arch sizes measured and tried out the products. Despite the products not being low-priced, many customers made purchases on the spot.
Marketing, the act of stimulating needs
There are markets where solutions emerge to meet needs, and markets where solutions are introduced first to stimulate those needs. Xbody's arch supports, insoles, and functional foot orthotics are prime examples of the latter.
It is also the role of the market to identify needs when customers themselves are unaware of what they require. Furthermore, the supplier who discovers these needs emerges as a 'pioneer' and 'leads' the market.
Are you passively waiting until you feel the need? Or, if you want to become a 'solver' who discovers customer needs first, we suggest you join Xbody.
